In the modern logistics system, the three-dimensional warehouse serves as the core carrier of efficient warehousing, achieving rapid access to goods through vertical space utilization and automated equipment. Plastic pallets, as a key component, have become a bridge connecting goods and automation equipment with their lightweight and high-strength characteristics. Its design requires precise matching of shelf size, forklift fork width, and other parameters to ensure seamless collaboration with stacker cranes, AGVs, and other equipment, avoiding work interruptions or cargo damage caused by size deviations. At the same time, high load-bearing capacity (dynamic load of 1-2 tons, static load of 4-6 tons) is achieved through the design of Sichuan or Tian shaped structures. Its moisture-proof, rust proof, and corrosion-resistant characteristics make it perform outstandingly in industries such as food, medicine, and chemical that are sensitive to hygiene and the environment. In addition, plastic pallets have a service life of up to 5-10 years, far exceeding wooden pallets, and do not require fumigation treatment, meeting international environmental standards and significantly reducing long-term operating costs for enterprises.

Plastic pallets, with standardized dimensions (such as 1200 × 1000mm) and bottom anti slip design, ensure smooth operation in automated three-dimensional warehouses and reduce the risk of cargo sliding. Its surface can be embedded with RFID tags or barcodes, which can be linked with the WMS system to achieve real-time tracking of goods and improve inventory management accuracy. This intelligent feature not only shortens access time, but also reduces manual intervention, enabling the three-dimensional warehouse to maintain efficient operation in high-intensity operations 24/7, becoming a key tool for modern logistics cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

The recyclability of plastic pallets (which can be recycled by crushing after disposal) is in line with the concept of green logistics, and their easy to clean and insect free characteristics meet the strict hygiene requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries. With the development of new material technology, plastic pallets will further optimize their lightweight and load-bearing performance in the future, and deeply integrate with the Internet of Things and AI technology to promote the automation and intensification of three-dimensional warehouses to a higher level.
