The core principle of the anti-leakage tray lies in its unique design and material selection. The tray typically adopts an integrated molding structure, manufactured through molding or rotational molding processes, ensuring no splicing seams and blocking the liquid infiltration path from the root. The bottom is equipped with an anti-leakage layer made of waterproof materials such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene, which can effectively isolate the liquid from contacting the ground. Meanwhile, the edges are designed with a cofferdam to prevent liquid spillage.
