The bottom of the Sichuan shaped pallet has a "Sichuan" shaped structure, and the four-way fork design makes it an ideal choice for manual hydraulic forklifts. Its ability to nest empty boxes can significantly reduce storage space occupation, but its load-bearing limitations make it unsuitable for heavy cargo transportation and only suitable for flat stacking operations.
4、 Grid type tray: an adaptive solution for special scenarios
The grid designed Sichuan or Tian style pallets have both breathability and anti slip properties, which can avoid the accumulation of condensed water in cold chain logistics. The reinforced version with steel pipes can improve the shelf carrying capacity. This type of tray needs to be used with anti slip pads to prevent small items from falling off, and the grid structure is easy to clean, suitable for fields with strict hygiene requirements such as medicine and fresh food.
Core principle of selection: Match the requirements of the entire job chain
The final selection should run through the entire process of "transportation storage loading and unloading": the automated production line prioritizes double-sided pallets, manual forklift operations focus on Sichuan style pallets, temporary turnover considers nine legged pallets, and special environments require grid or blow molding process pallets.
