Based on the different bottom support structures, four classic styles have been derived, each forming a unique application scenario matrix.
Sichuan shaped structure
The bottom presents a "chuan" shape with three parallel longitudinal beams, which allows hydraulic forklifts and manual handling vehicles to operate without obstacles from three directions. Especially suitable for dense storage scenarios in automated three-dimensional warehouses, the hollow structure between the longitudinal beams can reduce self weight while ensuring uniform stress on the bearing surface. Tian shaped structure

This type of design is particularly suitable for temporary turnover of heavy machinery components, and its impact resistance can withstand frequent loading and unloading of metal castings. Nine legged structure
The lightweight design with nine evenly distributed circular support feet at the bottom reduces the weight of the tray by about 30%. This type of pallet performs well in cold chain logistics, maintaining good toughness even in low temperature environments of -30 ℃. The chemical industry values its overall sealing, which can effectively prevent leakage of liquid raw materials.
