As a key protective device in modern industrial safety systems, hazardous waste anti leakage trays play an irreplaceable role in the field of hazardous waste management. The core technical indicators of anti leakage trays are reflected in their structural design. The polyethylene tray adopts integral injection molding, with a wall thickness of usually 5-8mm and a cofferdam structure with a height of 10-15cm at the edge. This design can effectively control the leakage of liquid within the capacity range of the tray. The bottom of the tray is designed with grid like reinforcing ribs to ensure the structural strength while ensuring the flow of liquid to the diversion groove, facilitating subsequent collection and processing.
In terms of material properties, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, can withstand acidic and alkaline solutions with pH values ranging from 0-14, and has an impact strength of over 50kJ/m ². The tray made of polypropylene (PP) material has better high temperature resistance, with a continuous use temperature of up to 100 ℃. Some special composite material trays can even resist the erosion of strong corrosive media such as hydrofluoric acid.
 
In chemical production sites, anti leakage trays need to form a complete protective system with storage tanks. The tray capacity is usually designed to be 110% of the tank capacity to ensure complete containment of any liquid that may leak. The inclination angle of the diversion channel is controlled at 2-5 degrees, and equipped with an automatic alarm device for the collection well, it can trigger an emergency response mechanism within 30 seconds of a leak.
 
With the development of intelligent manufacturing and IoT technology, anti leakage trays are evolving towards integration and intelligence. The application of innovative technologies such as embedded sensors, self-healing materials, and photovoltaic power supply systems is reshaping the form of traditional safety equipment. In the context of ecological civilization construction, hazardous waste anti leakage trays have surpassed their simple protective function and become an important benchmark for measuring the environmental management level of enterprises.
