What are the materials that make up plastic pallets? Many people know that the quality of plastic pallets is related to the production materials, but they have limited knowledge about the quality of raw materials. What are the materials that make up plastic pallets? What are the differences in performance between plastic pallets made of different materials?
What are the materials of plastic pallets
There are many materials for plastic pallets, and currently the most common and widely circulated ones on the market are HDPE (impact resistant high-density polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), and LLDPE (imported low-density polyethylene) materials.
Analysis of the advantages of different pallet materials
1. Impact resistant high-density polyethylene
This material has good impact resistance, high hardness, and superior load-bearing capacity. It can be used for multi-level loading, ground turnover, forklift loading, and shelving, with a wide range of applications. It is currently a tray with good liquidity. Plastic pallets made of HDPE material are resistant to high temperatures and freezing, and also have good resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. It is a powerful helper for industries such as logistics warehousing, cold storage, food and medical care, printing and chemical industry!
At present, we have also developed a new type of polyethylene material, which is more expensive, has a high solubility index, good fluidity, and produces pallets that are smoother and less prone to bending.
2. Polypropylene
Polypropylene plastic tray has good toughness and ductility. Generally used for producing small food pallets, it also has good heat and freezing resistance. The material of this plastic tray is relatively rare in the production of large plastic pallets, and its strength is not as good as HDPE, making it unsuitable for use in high-strength environments such as shelving.
3. Imported low-density polyethylene
The plastic pallets produced from this material generally use the rolling molding process. Good toughness and strong acid and alkali resistance. The rotational molding process can produce particularly thick plastic pallets, and its cost is also relatively high. So generally speaking, plastic pallets produced using this material are usually leak proof pallets. The stability and acid and alkali resistance requirements for plastic tray materials are very high.
High priced products may not necessarily be suitable, and similarly, low-priced products may not be able to meet usage needs. Reasonably analyzing the performance of different pallets, customizing procurement plans, and solving customers' usage needs have always been Kuda's unchanged corporate vision.
