1. Material selection. In the injection molding process, the first step is to select the appropriate plastic material. 3. Injection molding machine operation and control. The pre processed plastic particles are transported to the heating cylinder through a screw, melted and pressurized, and then enter the mold through a nozzle. The injection molding machine controls the heating temperature, pressure, and injection speed parameters to ensure that the plastic injected into the mold fills the cavity and is cooled and solidified; After cooling and solidification, the mold is opened and the molded plastic part is pushed out.
