Overview of the application of plastic pallet

As the basic equipment of modern logistics warehousing, plastic pallet has significantly improved handling efficiency due to its lightweight characteristics. Compared with traditional wooden pallets, this polymer material product exhibits excellent mold and corrosion resistance in humid environments, effectively extending its service life. Its integrated structural design eliminates the risk of nail spikes and has irreplaceable advantages in fields such as food and medicine that require strict hygiene requirements.
 Overview of the application of plastic pallet
The plastic cushion board made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene (PP) as the substrate achieves a balance between mechanical properties and cost control through copolymerization modification technology. The precise control of material crystallinity enables it to possess both rigid support and low-temperature toughness, maintaining dimensional stability under operating conditions of -30 ℃ to 60 ℃. The light stable formula with added ultraviolet absorbers effectively resists the problem of photo aging in outdoor storage, significantly reducing the average annual loss rate by 8-12% compared to traditional wooden products.
 
Innovative Design in Structural Engineering
 
The three-dimensional biomimetic rib structure draws inspiration from the principles of honeycomb mechanics, reducing its own weight by 15% while enhancing its lateral bending strength. The patented card slot system enables four-way fork operation without obstacles, and with the bottom anti slip rubber pad, ensures the stability of a 9-meter-high stack. The latest developed folding hinge mechanism adopts metal insert injection molding technology, which reduces the volume of recycling and transportation by 60% without affecting the load-bearing capacity.
 
Whole life cycle management
Establish a closed-loop system from raw material traceability to production monitoring, usage tracking, and recycling. After crushing and cleaning, the waste silo board can be re pelletized, reducing carbon emissions by 2.1 tons per ton of recycled material compared to the original raw material. Intelligent chip embedding technology is being piloted to achieve turnover record and lifespan warning through NFC.
 
Future technological evolution direction
The glass fiber reinforced composite material being tested is expected to increase the dynamic load to 3000kg, while graphene coating technology is dedicated to solving the problem of surface wear. The IoT integration solution will achieve millimeter level precise docking with AGV robots, promoting the unmanned process of smart warehouses.
