Multi layer composite structure
 
Using high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the main material, a double-layer grid structure is formed through injection molding process: the upper layer is the load-bearing surface, and the lower layer is a sealed liquid storage tank. The two layers of panels are connected by reinforcing ribs to form a three-dimensional flow channel, ensuring that the leaked liquid is directed and collected into the collection groove in the center of the tray.

Edge sealing system
 
A 10-15cm high cofferdam structure is set around the tray, and ultrasonic welding technology is used to achieve seamless splicing, which can effectively intercept splashing liquids. The inner side of the cofferdam is designed with a 45 ° inclined diversion groove, which is combined with anti slip patterns to enhance safety.
 
Intelligent monitoring extension interface
 
Some high-end models reserve installation positions for IoT sensors, which can monitor real-time data such as pH value and capacity of leaked liquids, and achieve full lifecycle tracking through RFID chips.
