According to the different characteristics of plastic pallets in warehouses (structure, material, process, purpose), they can be divided into the following main types:
1、 Classified by structure
Nine legged tray
There are nine supporting feet at the bottom, which are lightweight and can be forked on all sides, suitable for manual hydraulic vehicle operation. Mainly used in scenarios with light load, moisture resistance, and low turnover frequency.
Grid type: Good breathability and low cost.
Flat type: The surface is flat and not easy to hide dirt, suitable for industries such as food and electronics.
Chuan shaped tray
The bottom is a "chuan" shaped longitudinal beam with strong load-bearing capacity, suitable for shelf storage. It can be operated by manual hydraulic truck or forklift (long direction fork).
Lightweight: without steel pipes, capable of bearing less than 0.5 tons.
Heavy duty: Equipped with built-in steel pipes, the shelf can support up to 1.5 tons, suitable for three-dimensional warehouses, cold storage, etc.
Tian shaped tray
The bottom "Tian" shaped frame has uniform force distribution, high stability, and can be crossed on all sides, suitable for forklift operations and heavy cargo stacking. Partially used for anti-static or export scenarios.
Double sided tray
Both sides can be used, with excellent load-bearing performance, suitable for multi-layer stacking and automated warehouses, requiring forklift operation (manual hydraulic trucks cannot be used).
2、 Classified by Material
High density polyethylene (HDPE) tray
Resistant to low temperatures and corrosion, suitable for cold chain logistics and chemical environments.
Polypropylene (PP) tray
High temperature resistance, strong rigidity, suitable for high-temperature production lines.
Special functional materials
Anti static tray (such as black field shaped tray).
Food grade non-toxic material, used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
3、 Classified by production process
Injection tray
Solid structure, smooth surface, lightweight and moisture-proof, suitable for flat storage, cold storage, etc.
Blow molded tray
Hollow structure, strong impact resistance, suitable for harsh environments such as heavy industry and frozen food.
Welding tray
After injection molding and welding, there is no exposed metal, and the load-bearing capacity is high (dynamic load of 2 tons/static load of 6 tons), which meets the requirements of food, medicine and hygiene.
