1、 Classification of Plastic Cardboards

Classified by structural design

Nine legged card board: nine small cylindrical supports are evenly distributed at the bottom, with a lightweight structure suitable for manual handling or light cargo turnover. Commonly used in supermarkets, small warehouses, and light manufacturing industries.

Chuan shaped card board: The bottom is designed with three parallel horizontal beams (resembling the character "Chuan"), which have strong load-bearing capacity. Forklifts can be inserted from four directions, making it suitable for automated three-dimensional warehouses and heavy cargo transportation.

Tian shaped card board: The bottom grid has a "Tian" structure, which combines compression resistance and stability, and is suitable for frequent forklift operations and stacking of irregularly shaped goods.

Double sided card board: Both sides are cargo surfaces, which can be stacked in multiple layers up and down to improve storage space utilization and are suitable for high-density storage scenarios.
