Triple anti leakage system

Physical containment: A 10-15cm integrated cofferdam structure is set around the pallet to form a closed liquid storage area, which can accommodate up to 200L of leaked liquid (depending on specifications).

Intelligent diversion: The bottom adopts a grid diversion design with a tilt angle of 3 ° to ensure that 100% of the liquid flows into the central collection tank, avoiding lateral diffusion.

Sealing upgrade: Magnetic sealing strips or elastic expansion rubber rings can be optionally selected to achieve secondary sealing, meeting strict standards such as EPA 40 CFR 264.175.

Adopting honeycomb reinforcement ribs and X-shaped support structure, the static load-bearing capacity can reach 4 tons, and the dynamic load-bearing capacity is 1.5 tons, suitable for heavy-duty containers such as IBC ton drums and oil drums. The surface anti slip pattern (friction coefficient ≥ 0.65) and embedded rubber pad groove design prevent the sliding of goods and ensure the safety of forklift handling.

Environmental adaptability function

Corrosion resistance: HDPE/PP material can withstand acidic and alkaline liquids with pH 1-14 and most organic solvents (such as acetone and xylene).

Temperature stability: No deformation in environments ranging from -40 ℃ to 60 ℃, suitable for extreme scenarios such as cold storage and high-temperature workshops.

Chemical identification: Built in RFID tags record cargo information and automatically associate with emergency plans in case of leakage.

Structural health monitoring: By using strain sensors to warn of overload or structural damage, the service life of equipment can be extended.

Chemical and Hazardous Chemicals Industry

Storage process: As a secondary leak prevention facility, it meets the OSHA 1910.120 standard to prevent hazardous chemicals such as sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide from seeping into the ground.

Cleanroom: Made of non shedding particle materials and certified by ISO 14644 Class 7, ensuring a safe production environment for soy sauce, dairy products, sterile injections, and other products.

Cold chain logistics: HDPE material has low-temperature anti brittle characteristics, ensuring safe transportation of biological agents, vaccines, etc. in an environment of -25 ℃.

The anti leakage plastic pallet integrates material science, structural engineering, and intelligent IoT technology to build a full process protection system covering prevention, control, and emergency response. Its functional design directly addresses the pain points of industrial leak control, and its application scenarios run through production, warehousing, and logistics links, significantly reducing environmental risks and operating costs while improving safety levels.
