As the basic carrier of modern logistics, the choice of plastic pallets directly affects the safety of goods transportation and the smoothness of warehouse management. 1、 The material properties determine the application boundary

Plastic trays made of different materials have unique physical properties:
Weather resistance selection: Cold resistant materials should be selected for scenarios with frequent exposure to low temperature environments, while trays for long-term outdoor use should have UV resistance.
Hygiene and safety considerations: Food and pharmaceutical industries prioritize the use of food grade materials that meet industry hygiene standards to avoid contamination risks.
Special environmental adaptation: Modified materials with anti-static, flame-retardant, or corrosion-resistant properties can be selected for special fields such as chemical engineering and electronics.

2、 Structural design and scene matching

The tray structure directly affects the compatibility and stacking stability of the handling equipment:Bottom support type: Multi foot support design is recommended for manual forklift operations, while automated warehousing systems are more suitable for flat bottom structures.
Surface anti slip treatment: A contact surface with a reasonable pattern design can improve the stability of goods and prevent sliding during transportation.Bidirectional use design: A tray that can support both sides can improve space utilization and is suitable for multi-layer stacking scenarios.

3、 Dynamic balance of load capacity

It is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the carrying capacity requirements based on the operating conditions of the entire process:Static and dynamic load-bearing: Storage stacking needs to consider long-term static pressure bearing capacity, while transportation needs to pay attention to dynamic impact tolerance.Special form of load-bearing: For unconventional goods such as cylindrical and easily deformed items, pallets with fences or customized support structures should be selected.Full lifecycle attenuation: Reserve reasonable performance redundancy to avoid a decrease in bearing capacity due to material fatigue after long-term use.

4、 System compatibility with size specifications

The size of the tray needs to be coordinated with the upstream and downstream processes:
Equipment compatibility: Hardware parameters such as fork tooth spacing and shelf size of forklifts need to accurately correspond to pallet specifications.
Adaptation of transportation vehicles: The utilization rate of loading space in containers and trucks determines the optimal length to width ratio of pallets.
Storage space optimization: When stacking multiple layers, it is necessary to calculate the vertical space occupation to avoid wasting storage capacity.

Establish a three-dimensional selection model of "requirement scenario function" and prioritize physical load-bearing testing. Regularly inspect the wear and structural deformation of the tray edges, and establish a mechanism for elimination and replacement. Maintain technical communication with suppliers, adjust pallet configuration plans in a timely manner in response to business changes, and achieve precise management of logistics equipment.
