Plastic pallets have become an important tool widely used in warehousing, logistics, and transportation operations. They are four sided insertable, easy to operate, have a long service life, can be recycled, and are insect and moth resistant. However, since plastic pallets are mostly formed in one go, their repairability after skin damage is very low. If the damage is severe, they can only be scrapped. If not used correctly, not only can they not fully play their role, but they may also shorten their service life and greatly increase the procurement cost of plastic pallets.
There are 8 precautions when using plastic pallets:
1. To avoid damage caused by uneven force when falling, the plastic pallet should be placed gently;
2. Place the goods evenly to avoid tilting during transportation and lifting;
3. Select plastic pallets of the appropriate size to prevent damage to the support;
4. Consider the load-bearing capacity of the bottom pallet to avoid crushing it;
5. Plastic pallets need to be protected from direct sunlight due to their material, otherwise they are prone to aging;
6. It is strictly prohibited to throw goods from high altitude into plastic pallets, as there is a possibility of direct damage to the pallets during the throwing process;
7. Do not throw plastic pallets from a high place to prevent them from cracking or breaking due to impact;
8. If corrosive items need to be carried, check whether the packaging of the items is damaged to avoid staining the pallet;
During use, pallets are not only safe and hygienic, but also insect resistant, corrosion-resistant, and can improve efficiency by mastering the correct usage methods.
