The static load range of this type of plastic pallet is distributed between 4T and 6 tons;
Heavy duty plastic pallets refer to plastic pallets with a dynamic load of 1.0T or more that cannot be put on shelves. They are distributed with a dynamic load of 1.5T or 2T, with more Sichuan shaped structures and some Tian shaped or double-sided ones. The static load of this type of plastic pallet can reach up to 4T, 6T, or 8T;
On shelf plastic pallets refer to plastic pallets that can be placed on crossbeam shelves or drive in shelves. It is generally recommended that users add steel pipes, with the number of steel pipes ranging from 4 to 8. The reference values for shelf load range from 0.6T, 0.8T, 1T, and 1.2T. The dynamic load capacity refers to heavy-duty plastic pallets, and the static load capacity can reach 4T, 5T, 6T, etc.
The black plastic pallet is listed separately because it refers to plastic pallets made from recycled materials. Some customers may confuse it with anti-static plastic pallets due to its lower cost. Some customers also define it as an export specific plastic pallet that will not be collected after delivery.
The load capacity of black plastic pallets with different structures is generally based on 50% of the load capacity of new materials, and a good load capacity can reach 80% of the load capacity of new materials, although the price may vary.
